Through a series of interactive workshops, participants explore strategic decision-making, business development, team leadership and collaboration; resulting in partners leading more effectively within their firm.

The programme equips partners with practical tools and a personalised growth focus to enhance their individual impact while contributing to sustainable firm growth.

Professional Coaching

Professional coaching provides a confidential space for legal professionals at all stages of their career to reflect, navigate challenges and move forward with greater clarity. Whether developing leadership skills, stepping into partnership, managing increased responsibility or navigating change, coaching offers practical, tailored support.

By working with experienced lawyer-coaches, individuals can strengthen their confidence, communication and decision-making skills, supporting both performance and long-term career sustainability.

UPCOMING EVENTS

UK ROADSHOW 2027:

Our 2025 Coaching Advocates roadshow took us from Manchester to Birmingham, Bristol and London and, in 2027, we are on the road again. This time we are expanding across the UK and into Ireland for the first time, with a fresh programme of sessions designed for both barristers and solicitors. Preparation is well underway. Our UK & Ireland team is made up of experienced lawyers who coach lawyers. Many are still practising and all understand the realities of legal work: the pressure, expectations and complexity that come with it.
